Ordering
If items are in stock, order will ship out within 48 hours from the time PO is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 pm may not be shipped out or will not be available for will call until the following business day. Drop ship and job site deliveries available. Will call orders that have not been picked up within 5 business days will be cancelled.
Terms
Net 30 with approved credit. All checks are subject to an additional service charge.
Credit Policies
First-time customers without approved credit may be required to pre-pay or C.O.D. All requests to open an account are subject to a credit approval. Please allow at least one week for processing. To expedite initial order, customer may send check for full amount or pay C.O.D.
Freight
Will Call available in Norwalk, CA.
All shipments are FOB Norwalk, CA.
Freight allowance : $1,500 within California, $3,000 for the rest of US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Claims and Returns
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) form must be issued by New Earth Lighting prior to returning product. Product must be returned freight prepaid. If merchandise is returned without an RGA form, credit may not be issued.
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. Our liability ceases upon receipt of merchandise by the carrier. We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or pilferage sustained in transit. Claims of such character should be made promptly by the Purchaser against the carrier. |
